Some advice for women who want to look their best.



I'm sorry but I have to say this: eat right, sleep tight, work out, drink water and take good care of yourself. I can assure you, you'll see the difference and, what's better, you'll feel it.

Know your body type


Measure your shoulders (at your boobs' height), your hips (at their wider point) and waist. Depending on which parts are wider, you'll recognize some of these shapes. It may not be exact, and that's fine, it's just so you have a general idea of what you can do with it.
